Employee Housing

There will be a need for employees. To make it competitive, there will be offers for employee housing. They do not have meet low income guidelines, and rent will be affordable. The goal is to attract qualified personnel, and keep them. This will include 2 maintenance heads, and an apartment manager that would be needed to address issues with the apartment. The manager will decide who if any acquires the affordable apartment for living on site.

All of the units on the 10th floor will have the same floor plan as the apartments above. There is an exception of an electric fireplace. This is not an issue since there is no harmful gases generated from the fireplace (like smoke, and carbon monoxide). The employees will also be able to have 2 parking spaces included with the rent. This encouragement to live in the building is to allow those on call to access the tenant’s needs if there was a significant issue to deal with. Other reasons will include arriving to work on time. It would be hard to be late if you just have to ride the elevator down to a particular floor.
